I recognize the efforts of the organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff of the 10/31 Consortium and the Fifolet Halloween Festival to host the event(s) for which I am purchasing tickets and/or registration. I also recognize that participation in said event(s) includes inherent risks of injury or damage to me and others. I further recognize and acknowledge the efforts of the organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff in obtaining full coverage insurance for participants in the said event(s), acknowledging their inability to obtain such blanket insurance coverage at reasonable and affordable prices.

 

Therefore, in return for the privilege of participating in the event(s), I hereby give this, my unconditional WAIVER OF LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS agreement, to and in favor of the 10/31 Consortium and the Fifolet Halloween Festival, together with all of its organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff. By this act, I agree forever to release 10/31 Consortium and the Fifolet Halloween Festival and all its organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff from any and all liability for any and all injury or harm I may suffer as a result of participation in the event(s) or activities preparatory or subsequent thereto. This act shall bind me, as well as my heirs, family, and assigns. As a participant or volunteer, I am solely responsible for the behavior, well-being, and safety of myself, any minor children brought under my care, and all of my personal belongings, including any animals, brought with me to the event(s).

 

This WAIVER OF LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS shall apply in favor of the 10/31 Consortium and the Fifolet Halloween Festival and all its organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff, regardless of whose act, fault, or negligence shall have led to any such injury, harm, or damage. Furthermore, this WAIVER OF LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS shall apply in favor of the 10/31 Consortium, the Fifolet Halloween Festival, all its organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, and staff, regardless of who might institute any claim or action.

Peanut Butter Cup Mini Golf Tournament

Black and Orange Bash

10/31 Consortium Annual Meeting

Pirate Scavenger Hunt

Costume and Candy Drive

Costume Giveaway Day

Fifolet Halloween Festival – Zombie Pub Crawl

Fifolet Halloween Festival – Halloween Ball

Fifolet Halloween Festival – Fifolet 5k and Pumpkin Run

Fifolet Halloween Festival – Arts Market
