Halloween Fun for Everyone
This multi-day Halloween festival features events for the whole family as well as events for adults only. Find your Halloween treasure this fall in Baton Rouge!

Join our signature Halloween Parade! Enter a float, dance group, auto club, or just yourself. Anyone can join the fun and show off their costume.
Line up is October 28, 2023 at 2 p.m.
All participants must attend the mandatory safety meeting the week prior. Date, time, and location TBD.
Every good parade has a corresponding ball! Tables of 10 and individual tickets are available.

Run or walk on the Mississippi River in costume while carrying a pumpkin!

The 10/31 Consortium Krewe proudly has 3 membership levels that allow anyone age 21+ to become a member and get involved. You do not have to be a member to participate in Festival events however members at the Full or Forever Moon level receive discounts on registration fees and tickets for select events.
