In celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade, the 2025 Fifolet Halloween Festival Royal Court is coming together to raise $15,000 for the organization that makes it all happen—10/31 Consortium, a Baton Rouge-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, and Livingston Parishes.
