Roux BOO Gumbo Cook-Off
Join 10/31 Consortium at George’s Place in Downtown Baton Rouge for an outdoor, masked and socially-distanced Gumbo Cook-Off!
Contestants should bring a crockpot of prepared gumbo for judging. There is no fee to enter your crockpot of gumbo however we do ask that you please register by emailing president@1031consortium.com in advance so that we can have enough supplies and volunteers.
After judging, all are welcome to taste the gumbo entries for a $10 donation that will go directly to 10/31 Consortium. Purchase tasting ticket below or bring cash (credit card options not available at event).
