Set sail for spooky fun at the Fifolet Arts Market, where river breezes and wicked waves carry a tide of creativity, family fun, and Halloween spirit! Held along the scenic Riverfront Plaza, this FREE EVENT kicks off the biggest day of the Fifolet Halloween Festival and is right through the heart of the Halloween Parade route.
This event is free and open to the public. Whether you’re shopping, snacking, or just soaking in the Halloween spirit, there’s something wickedly wonderful waiting for everyone!

Join us as we officially cast off into the chilling charm of the Fifolet Halloween Festival! Set along the scenic Riverfront Plaza, the Opening Ceremony is your first taste of the magic that lies beneath the wicked waves.
Welcome from Festival Organizers – Hear from the 10/31 Consortium and community leaders as they summon the spirit of the season and thank our sponsors and supporters.
National Anthem – A hauntingly beautiful rendition to honor our community and country.
Blessing of the Festival – A whimsical invocation to call forth safe revelry, creativity, and a tide of good fortune.
Introduction of the Fifolet Royal Court – Meet the Grand Marshal, King, Queen, Prince, and Princess as they reign over the crowd and officially open the portal to Halloween fun.
Fifolet 5k – Runners will make their way up the Mississippi River Levee for their pre-run stretch and to start the race.
Vendor Village – Shop eerie art, handcrafted goods, mystical merchandise, and indulge in devilishly delicious treats from food and drink vendors.
Little Pumpkins Playland – A playful tent filled with fun and games just for toddlers and small children.
Pumpkin Painting Station – Let creativity bubble up! Kids and adults alike can paint and decorate their own festive pumpkin masterpieces.
Books Ahoy! – The first 100 children to arrive receive a free book to celebrate the magic of stories and spooky season.
Trick-or-Treat Trail – Children in costume are invited to collect candy from vendor booths all day long.
Live Music – The plaza will rock and roll with live performances by local bands, keeping the vibes festive and fun.
Face Painting – Transform your tiny terror into a tiger, zombie, sea creature, or sparkly skeleton. Our talented artists will be on hand for a small fee to work their magic and help kids become part of the Halloween fantasy.

Pumpkin Carving Contest Begins – Watch skilled carvers transform humble pumpkins into haunted works of art. Register below!
11 a.m.
Story Time – Gather ’round, little ghouls and goblins! Enjoy tales of magic, mermaids, and mischief during special story time sessions throughout the day. Perfect for taking a break while still soaking up the spooky spirit.
1 p.m.
Children’s Costume Parade – Join in the adorable mayhem as the Fifolet Halloween Festival Royal Court leads our tiniest ghouls and goblins on a spirited march around the Arts Market area! Grand Marshal Aaron Moak, King Kyle Bove, Queen Johnnie Adams, Prince Timber Euggino, and Princess Amelia Quinn will proudly guide the way as little monsters, mermaids, pirates, and pumpkins strut their stuff. Be sure to line the path and cheer the kids on—their spooky style deserves a big round of applause!
Children’s Costume Contest –After the parade, stick around to see who will be crowned the most fang-tastic (scariest), fin-tastic (best theme representation), and fun-tastic (funniest). Prizes and bragging rights await! Register below!
2 p.m.
Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest – Cheer on the bold (and hungry) in this delightfully messy competition. Register below!
To participate in the Fifolet Halloween Festival Arts Market, all vendors of every type must complete the registration forms linked here. Select that which best describes you as a vendor.
Set up begins at 8 a.m. All vendors must be up and running by 10 a.m.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE TENT – Free
FOOD TRUCK – $50 to reserve street parking
