Special Awards

10/31 Consortium would not exist if it were not for the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of its krewe and other creative members of the Baton Rouge community. We happily recognize their efforts with these awards.

Saundra Lane Community Award

This award honors those who have dedicated their time and talents to improving the Baton Rouge community. Nominations are taken for this award and the recipient is chosen by the Board of Directors.

Corey Tullier

Corey Tullier Courage Award

This award honors those in our area who live a life with courage of conviction and inspire courage in others by boldly facing adversity. Nominations are taken for this award and the recipient is chosen by the Board of Directors.

Dwayne Sanburn Creativity Award

This award honors those whose gift of creativity has benefited the Baton Rouge area. Nominations are taken for this award and the recipient is chosen by the Board of Directors.

Kelley Stein Supreme Award

This "hall of fame" award is given to members in recognition for years of dedication and commitment to the mission and vision of 10/31 Consortium through leadership, volunteerism, and community service. The recipient of this award is chosen collectively by the previous winners.

Jamie Schexnayder Behind-the-Scenes Award

This award is given to the Board Member who works hard out of the spotlight and receives little recognition. Nominations are taken for this award and the winner is selected by the President. You must be a member to nominate.

Lance Parker Spirit Award

This award recognizes the member who best embodies the spirit of 10/31 Consortium and is the club's "best cheerleader." Nominations are taken for this award and the winner is selected by the Krewe Membership Chair. You must be a member to nominate and be nominated. Board Members are not eligible.

KD Linkous-Smith Volunteer of the Year Award

This award recognizes the volunteer who has given outstanding service and dedication to 10/31 Consortium over the last year. Nominations are taken for this award and the winner is selected by the Volunteer Coordinator. Any volunteer is eligible.
