10/31 Consortium
Free Halloween Costumes
Individual Family Costumes
Any child in need of a costume can receive one FREE while supplies last at our annual Costume Giveaway Day. Costumes are new and gently used but all are in great shape.
Each family will be assigned to a volunteer who will help you shop the available selection of costumes. We have a wide variety of classic costumes as well as modern trends. Let us help your child find the costume of their dreams this Halloween!
Supplies are limited and the need is great. We suggest arriving early and please come prepared to wait in line.

Group Costumes
Any neighborhood or non-profit can request multiple costumes for the children they serve. 10/31 Consortium will work diligently to provide as many costumes as possible (100% fulfillment is not guaranteed). Please review the necessary requirements and complete the form below to request group costumes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One adult must represent the group. This person is responsible for completing the form below, compiling a list of costume needs, and picking up the costumes from 10/31 Consortium at an agreed-upon date and time.
- 10/31 Consortium will provide a Google Sheet for you to input the costume needs. This sheet includes the child’s name, size, and first and second costume wishes. All information must be included.
- Costume wishes should be generic: Super Hero, Princess, Witch, Zombie, Something Scary, Something Funny, etc. We try to match exactly as often as possible, however, this requirement is due to our limited supply. For example, a child who wants to be Batman may receive another hero character; a child who wants to be Elsa may receive another princess character. This must be communicated to the children upon getting their costume wish and size information.
- Costume Request forms must be received by August 1. Approved groups must then submit the corresponding Costume Needs list by September 10.
