I understand all generators and grills or other hazards must be clearly marked with caution tape.
I understand the event is rain or shine and refunds for weather will not be given.
I understand costumes or dressing with Halloween flair and Halloween decorations in my set up area are required.
I understand that children will "trick-or-treat" at the market tents and therefore I will provide candy for them.
I understand this event is outdoors and all supplies are "bring your own."
I understand that electricity is not provided and that I may bring a generator.
I understand parking in the street on River Road is strictly forbidden and violators will be towed.
I understand tent space is 10x10.
I understand I must bring my own tent, tables, and chairs.
