Join Kelley Stein, co-founder of the 10/31 Consortium, for a practical workshop designed to help neighborhood associations, community leaders, and volunteers bring Halloween magic back to their streets. Drawing from years of experience organizing community Halloween initiatives through the 10/31 Consortium, Kelley will share strategies for increasing participation, building partnerships, and creating a memorable experience for families.

- Applying for costume and candy assistance through community programs

A representative from the Baton Rouge Police Department will also discuss pedestrian safety, traffic calming strategies, and considerations for creating safer neighborhood streets during Halloween events.
