Trick or Treat Assistance

10/31 Consortium believes that no child should have to leave their

own neighborhood to Trick or Treat.

Events where neighbors can meet and informally interact have become even more important in recent years with technological advances. We no longer see our neighbors in the local market because we do our shopping online. We no longer chat over the fence, we chat on social media. This creates a lack of community and goodwill, and reinforces the notion that we stand alone rather than together. We believe that community events, such as Trick or Treat, help to strengthen neighborhoods.

Let us help your neighborhood revitalize the community tradition of Trick or Treat. Please complete the form below to register your neighborhood for assistance. Please note that completion of this application does not guarantee support as needs are great and supplies are limited.

The 2017 deadline to apply for Trick or Treat assistance has passed. Applications will open again next June.
