Change is a funny thing. Some people like it and embrace it and adapt quickly to it. Some are afraid of it and resist it as much as possible. And some, like my husband, are OK with it but only with a certain amount of notice that the change is coming. No one can argue, however, that like the old saying goes, "The only thing that remains the same is change."   I started 10/31 Consortium 2.5 years ago because I wanted to see a change in our community.
