Mandatory meeting for all parade krewe captains.
Sunday, October 25 at 2 p.m. at Lucy’s Retired Surfer Bar on Third Street in Downtown Baton Rouge
This is where you will:
-Finalize your parade registration
-Turn in mandatory signed waivers
-Turn in insurance
-Turn in names of float walkers
-Turn in copies of driver’s licenses for automobile drivers
-Pick up any ordered merchandise (tshirts, beads, posters)
-Pay the balance on your registration fee
-Pick up signs that will give you entry to the parade staging area
If the krewe captain cannot attend, please send the driver or a krewe representative. If no representative from your krewe is able to attend, please notify info@1031Consortium.com immediately so that we can make arrangements to finalize everything the week prior to the parade.
Don’t forget, the krewe that donates the most non-perishable food at the Safety Meeting will get a special ribbon to display during the parade!
