10/31 Consortium is a Baton Rouge, LA based club for Halloween enthusiasts. We hold many Halloween themed events throughout the year leading up to our largest event, the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade. Through the fun of Halloween, we strive to be a positive source of hope and creativity for the children of Baton Rouge. Membership entitles you to advance notice and discounted admission to our events as well as eligibility to participate in the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade. Annual membership dues are only $31.
