Dying to be in a parade?

10/31 Consortium is a club for Halloween enthusiasts in the Greater Baton Rouge area. We host several Halloween-themed events throughout the year, all leading up to our largest event, the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade. Through the fun of Halloween, we strive to be a positive influence of creativity in our community.

OLOL Children’s Hospital

Our Lady of the Lake (OLOL) Children’s Hospital is dedicated to treating children from across Louisiana.  With nearly 60 pediatric specialists on staff ready to treat just about anything that could happen medically to a child, OLOL Children’s Hospital treated 78,000 patients from 61 parishes last year alone.  We treat all children in need.  We are honored to be the beneficiary of funds raised by the 10/31 Consortium which will go to support that lifesaving care.

GBR Food Bank

The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank serves individuals and families in need throughout 11 parishes. The Baton Rouge Halloween Parade is an opportunity where the community can come together for one day to make a difference. We are fortunate to be a part of this event in partnership with 10/31 Consortium. Every donation to the Food Bank makes an impactful difference in someone’s life that truly needs it.

Big Buddy Program

The Big Buddy Program is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) youth services agency providing positive role models and quality learning experiences to over 1,200 disadvantaged children/youth weekly in the Baton Rouge community.  Big Buddy is so excited to have been chosen as the recipient of the costumes collected by 10/31 Consortium. Many children do not participate because they do not have a costume. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of these children.
